Smethwick, regarding the operation of the Faxfleet Ness beacon. Includes report sheets of the audibility of the fog signal of the Faxfleet Ness beacon and the Upper Whitton lightship, as well as a specification for the construction of a light beacon at Faxfleet Ness, and correspondence regarding the extra costs incurred by the contractors and suppliers in providing an electrical supply to the beacon (this meant that the lightkeeper would no longer be required).
