Examples include construction works for Nitrogen Fertilisers Ltd. at Flixborough, improvements to the River Trent to enable vessels to carry 750 tons of cargo to Nottingham, proposed construction of a jetty for Shell Mex near Walkerith ferry, trench cutting in the River Trent at Althorpe-Burringham, proposed new flood banks at Gainsborough, reconstruction of Gautry drain outfall, a proposed outfall for the Co-operative dairy at Gainsborough, and a proposed jetty at Keadby for LNER, Leeds, etc.
