Edwards, Clerk, inviting members of the Conservancy Board’s Parliamentary Committee, to a meeting to be held at the Board’s offices in Hull. These meetings discussed the various Bills affecting the Humber Conservancy Board. Examples are: The London and North Eastern Railway Bill, 147, the Ouse Lower Improvement Act, 1884, the Humber Bridge Bill and its clauses, Parliamentary Agents and Counsel’s fees, clauses of the Transport Act, 1947, the Supplies and Services (Transitionary Powers) Act, 1945, the Kingston Upon Hull Corporation (Victoria Pier) Scheme, 1928-9, etc
