- Correspondence between the Chief Engineer to the Humber Conservancy Board, and the Works Committee, regarding various reports to the Works Committee, concerning the condition of the Board’s properties, including remedial works required almost immediately and also in the future. Properties owned by the Board includes jetties, offices and store depots, lighthouses, and associated cottages, etc. Costs of previous repairs and maintenance works, are included in these reports to the Works Committee. There are specifications for works required for the re-decoration of the Humber Pilot’s office, Hull, the Grimsby and Goole offices, Killingholme Lighthouses, and the Blacktoft Pilot’s sleeping hut, as well as lists of potential businesses likely to quote for the work. Also includes lists showing information regarding fire insurance cover required for various Board properties.
