The file consists of of correspondence from the Clerk to the Humber Conservancy Board (Alfred William Franklin), notifying members of the Board's Parliamentary Committee of meetings to be held at the Conservancy Offices, and requesting their attendance. The purpose of the Committee was to discuss actions to be taken by the Board in connection with bills that have, all will be brought before the Houses of Parliament. Includes Admiralty Pier of Jetty Bill, session 1920, proof by Arthur E. Butterfield; report on Newsham Booth lights; Northkillingholme Pier Bill, 1912, opposition of Humber Conservancy Board, proof of Anthony George Lyster, Vice President of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board.
