'Spurn'. The subject matter is the operation and maintenance of the steam launch. This includes correspondence regarding the cleaning and de-scaling of the Launch’s boiler, reports of damage to the Launch, and returns of accident report forms.

A specification of work required by the Launch can be found within the file, along with a report (dated 19 February 1919) of services rendered by the Launch in connection labour undertaken by prisoners of war at Read’s Island.
