the funds required from all guarantors to make the extension of telegraphic communications viable – particularly between Goole and Blacktoft;

the change in funds required along with a draft copy of the Deed of Arrangement between the Aire and Calder Navigation Company and Her Majesty’s Postmaster General; corre the importance of a telegraph station at Whitton;

the extension of telephone to Blacktoft Jetty;

who will be given the credit for messages sent both to and from Blacktoft;

the fact that the post office was in a position to reduce the guarantee needed for the telegraph office in Whitton.

the Proportions paid by shipowners in respect of Blacktoft Telegraph Station

draft agreement 1891 between the Hull Trinity House and the Aire and Calder Navigation Company, the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Company and the Goole Shipowners Association.
