A package (divided into 5 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 1: a lease for the Steam Packet Inn and adjoining Cottage situate in George Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1828–1875)

1. Counterpart of Lease for a term of 99 years (1 December 1828): Sir John Lowther Baronet and others to Samuel Redman—includes inset plan showing the property in question. The Deed has bee signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

2. Surrender of Lease (30 December 1875): Mrs Hannah Royston and another to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, James Hanks, and William Aldam on behalf of the Navigation.

3. Draft Lease Renewal for a term of 99 years (31 December 1875): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Mrs Hannah Royston—includes a plan showing the property in question.

1. Memorial to transfer Mortgage of Leasehold from Richard Haldenby and others to the Hull Brewery Company Limited (17 July 1895).
