Deeds (1848–1876)
1. Assignment of Leasehold premises (31 March 1848): from Margaret Hamer (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Percival Poulton. It includes an inset plan showing the property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.
2. Attested copy (created 18 May 1848) of Leasehold premises (31 March 1848): from Margaret Hamer (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Percival Poulton.
3. Mortgage of Leasehold premises (31 March 1848): from Percival Poulton (with the consent of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to James Beachall. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Joseph Priestly representing the Aire and Calder Navigation.
4. Deed of further Charge to secure £100 and interest (6 December 1848): from Percival Poulton to James Beachell. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties.
5. Assignment of Leasehold (14 June 1852): from Percival Poulton (and his Mortgagee) to William Brown (and his Mortgagee). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, William Brown (Banker), Charles Tomlinson (Farmer), and John Drinkrow Hall (representative of the Aire and Calder Navigation).

6. Assignment of Personality in Trust for the benefit of Creditors (4 September 1854): from William Brown to William Jackson and others (Creditors). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, John Croysdale, John Mason, and a number of creditors.
7. Assignment of the Equity of Redemption of and in Leasehold premises (15 September 1857): from William Brown and others (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Charles Tomlinson. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, William Jackson, John Croysdale, John Mason, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Navigation.
8. Assignment of Leasehold property (23 September 1868): Charles Tomlinson (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to George Metcalf. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Navigation.
9. Assignment (by way of Mortgage) of a Leasehold, Messuage, or Dwellinghouse—shops, cottages, workshops, buildings, and premises—for securing £500 (12 May 1870): from George Metcalf (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Ann Elizabeth Wadkin. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Navigation.
10. Assignment of Leasehold premises (18 August 1871): from George Metcalf and, Ann Elizabeth Wadkin (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to George Sutton. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Navigation.

Assignment (by way of Mortgage) of Leasehold premises for securing £600 and interest at £5 per annum (19 August 1871): from George Sutton (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Dennis Pepper and others. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, George Burton, John Burton, several witnesses, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Navigation. Attached to the Deed is a letter, dated 1 April 1876, from Newstead and Wilson (Solcitors, Red Hall, Leeds) to Mr Hodson.
12. Surrender of Leasehold (25 October 1876): from George Sutton to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed by George Sutton, and William Aldam representing the Navigation.
