A package containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No.No. 22: Land in Bridge Street, St Doyle Street, and Foundry Lane in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1834–1882)

1. Lease for 99 years (4 August 1834): The Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to John Wilkinson. It includes an inset plan showing the land in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir John Lowther, Richard Fountayne Wilson, Sir William Mordaunt Milner, and John Spencer Stanhope.

2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (4 August 1834): The Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to John Wilkinson. It includes an inset plan showing the land in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

3. Assignment of Leasehold (8 December 1859): Robert Briggs (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Joseph Elvin. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

4. Mortgage of Leasehold (10 October 1879) to secure £300: James Reed and others (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to John Jackson. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, Joseph Hodgson, Mary Hodgson, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

5. Surrender of Leasehold (31 October 1882): James Reed (and his Mortgagee) to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, John Jackson, and Francis Darwin on behalf of the Navigation.
