A package (divided into 2 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 26: Nos. 31 and 33 North Street (fomerly Murham Lane), adjacent to Cross Street, in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1836–

1. Lease for 99 years (1 August 1836): The Undertakers of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Samuel Hunter and others. It includes an inset map showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, Richard Fountayne Wilson, Spencer John Stanhope, and Sir John Lowther.

2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (1 August 1836): The Undertakers of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Samuel Hunter and others. It includes an inset map showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, Thomas Campy, William Thompson, Thomas Burhill, and Josiah Grimshaw.

3. Surrender of Leasehold (7 January 1879): John Nayler to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, William Walker, William Woad, William Mason, George Glew, Thomas Borrows, William Stephenson, William Borrows, and William Gyles.

4. Copy of Assignment of Lease (31 March 1928): The Representatives of Baxter Parish (deceased) to Frederick Arthur Bamforth
