A package (divided into 2 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 30: Nos. 21 and 23 North Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1838–1890)
1. Lease for 99 years (6 August 1838): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to James Walker. It includes an inset plan showing property and land in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, and the following represenatives of the Navigation: Sir John Lowther, Sir William Mordaunt Milner, Richard Fountayne Wilson, and John Spencer Stanhope.
2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (6 August 1838): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to James Walker. It includes an inset plan showing property and land in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
3. Assignment by way of Mortgage (8 February 1839): James Walker (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Thomas Denby. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Joseph Priestley on behalf of the Navigation.
4. Assignment of Reversion in Leasehold (8 March 1842): James Walker (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Thomas Adwick Farmer. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, and Joseph Priestley on behalf of the Navigation.
5. Assignment of Leasehold (16 September 1842): Thomas Denby and others (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to John Sykes and Joseph Sykes. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Joseph Priestley on behalf of the Navigation.
6. Assested copy (3 January 1856) of Deed of Disclaimer (5 December 1855) by Thomas Wood of the trusts and devises under the will of Joseph Sykes (deceased)
7. Assignment of Leasehold (31 December 1855): Messrs Thomas Fisher and others to William Clark. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, John Flesher, and William Fowler.
8. Surrender of Leasehold (17 March 1890): Messrs George Gladstone Macturk and John Wilson to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope on behalf of the Navigation.
