A package containing three Deeds accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 34: a property situate in the town of Goole, Yorkshire, between Barge Dock Quay and South Street.

Deeds (1839–1868)

1. Lease for 99 years (30 December 1839): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Thomas Briggs. It includes an inset map showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, Sir John Lowther, Richard Fountayne Wilson, and John Spencer Stanhope.

2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (30 December 1839): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Thomas Briggs. It includes an inset map showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

3. Surrender of Lease (7 July 1868): Ann Briggs to the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation.The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, Israel Jackson, and John Scutt.
