A package containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 35A: property situate in Bridge Street (12 and 14) and Doyle Street (2–8, even numbers) in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1889):

1. Surrender of Leasehold (27 September 1889): Messrs Wright and Blow to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by Robert Wright and Henry Blow.

2. Draft Lease for 99 years (28 September 1889): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Messrs Wright and Blow.

Consent to Assignment of Leasehold (1939–1943)

1. Alfred Ward Drury to Messrs William Darley and Company Limited (10 November 1839).

2. Albert Ward Drury to Messrs W. M. Darley Limited (28 September 1943).
