A package containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 3A: the Brewers Arms (formerly known as the Blue Pig) in George Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1915–1925)

1. Deed of Consent and Covenant (20 September 1915): Samuel Allsopp and Sons Limited with the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The Deed bears the seal of Samuel Allsopp and Sons Limited.

2. Copy of Assignment of Leasehold premises (12 June 1925): from Samuel Allsopp and Sons (with the consent of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Thomas Jackson.

Consent to assignment of Leasehold from Samuel Allsopp and Sons Limited to Tom Jackson (21 April 1925).

Correspondence and notes (1876 and 1922–1925).
