A package (divided into 2 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 43: Nos. 9 and 11 North Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1840–1889):
1. Lease for 99 years (20 August 1840): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to John Walton. It includes an inset map showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, and the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Wilson, Sir John Lowther, John Spencer Stanhope, and Richard Fountayne Wilson.
2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (20 August 1840): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to John Walton. It includes an inset map showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
3. Assignment of two equal third parts in Leasehold (3 January 1873): William Moore and others (representing Edward Walton deceased, and with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Catherine Armitage. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aformentioned parties, John Wrigglesworth, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.
4. Surrender of Leasehold (24 June 1889): Sarah Ann Sutcliffe to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope.
