A package containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 57: The Mariners Arms on South Street, and 17 and 19 Quay Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1845–1925):

1. Lease for 99 years (9 July 1845): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Thomas Clegg. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

2. Copy of Assignment of Lease (30 December 1911): Reverend John Clegg to John Clegg, Stanley Clegg, and Edwin West Hunter.

3. Copy of Counterpart of Lease for 5 years of Mariner's Arms (2 June 1915): Margaret Hannah Milnes to Charles William Darley.

4. Copy of Surrender of Leasehold (30 December 1925): Charles William Darley to Margaret Hannah Milnes.

5. Counterpart of Deed of Consent and Covenant (31 December 1925) Mariner's Arms: the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Margaret Hannah Milnes. It has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

6. Copy of Lease for 99 years (31 December 1925): Margaret Hannah Milnes to W. M. Darley Limited.
