A package containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 60: Dock Tavern situate in South Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:
1. Lease for 99 years (10 January 1848): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to James Swift. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
2. Draft Mortgage of Leasehold (1848) for securing £350: James Swift to Thomas Duckels.
3. Memorial of a Conveyance of Leasehold (1884): Thomas Duckels and others to Messrs Henry Bentleys and Company.
