A package (divided into 3 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 72: Nos. 7, 9, 11, and 13 Bridge Street situate in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

[Part 1]

Deeds (1850–1886)

1. Lease for 99 years (5 August 1850): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to James Forman. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.

2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (5 August 1850): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to James Forman. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.

3. Surrender of Leasehold (11 January 1886): Messrs Pepper and Banks to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees for the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by George Pepper, James Banks, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope on behalf of the Navigation.

4. Counterpart of Lease 7A (12 January 1886): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Anthony Sunderland. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
