A package (divided into 2 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 115: Customs and Watch House, Harbour Side, in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1859–1875):

1. Copy of Lease for 7 years (23 April 1859): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to William Maclean.

2. Counterpart of Lease (23 April 1859): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to William Maclean. It includes an inset plan of the property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

3. Counterpart of Lease (11 November 1865): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Francis Geary Gardner. It includes an inset plan of the property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.

4. Counterpart of Lease (24 September 1875): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to John Blagden Hale. It includes an inset plan of the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
