A package containing papers accumulated in connection with with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 152: Property in Bank's Terrace situate in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:
Deeds (1871):
1. Lease for 99 years (19 July 1871): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to the Goole Steam Shipping Company Limited. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: John Spencer Stanhope. William Aldam, Andrew Montagu, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope.
2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (19 July 1871): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to the Goole Steam Shipping Company Limited. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed bears the faint seal of the Shipping Company.
