A package containing papers accumulated in connection with with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 155: Land situate between the Dutch River and Goole Canal in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1872):

1. Draft Lease for 99 years (23 September 1872): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to the Goole, Marshland, and Howdenshire Pure Tillage and Cattle Food Company Limited.

2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (23 September 1872): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to the Goole, Marshland, and Howdenshire Pure Tillage and Cattle Food Company Limited. It includes an inset plan showing the land in question. The Deed has been signed by the Leasees.
