Deeds (1848–1876)

1. Assignment of Leasehold premises at Goole (31 March 1848): from Margaret Hamer (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Henry Boyes Wake. It includes an inset map illustrating the property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.

2. Attested copy (created 18 May 1848) of Leasehold of premises at Goole (31 March 1848) from Margaret Hamer (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Henry Boyes Wake.

3. Mortgage by way of under lease of premises at Goole, with power of sale for securing £300 and interest (5 April 1848): from Henry Boyes Wake (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to William Wheater. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, plus Joseph Priestly acting as agent and receiver for the Aire and Calder Navigation.

4. Conveyance of Leasehold premises at Goole (3 September 1859): from Henry Boyes Wake (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Robert Johnson Wake, James Wake, Edwin Robinson, and John Varley. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, along with Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Aire and Calder Navigation.

5. Assignment of Leasehold premises situate in Goole (2 November 1875): from John Gardiner (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Robert Johnson Wake. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, Ann Ruckledge, Edwin Robinson, John Varley, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Aire and Calder Navigation.

6. Surrender of Leasehold premises in Aire Street and Ouse Street in Goole (25 October 1876): from Robert Johnson Wake to Andrew Montague and others (Trustees for the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Mr Wake, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope representing the Aire and Calder Navigation.
