Deeds (1848–1922)
1. Assignment of Leasehold premises at Goole (31 March 1848): from Margaret Hamer (with the consent of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Robert Bromley. It includes an inset plan illustrating the property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and the representatives of the Aire and Calder Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.
2. A copy (created 18 May 1848) of Assignment of Leasehold premises at Goole (31 March 1848): from Margaret Hamer (with the consent of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Robert Bromley.
3. Assignment of Leasehold Hereditaments at Goole (3 July 1867): from Robert Bromley (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to James Moss the Younger. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson representing the Aire and Calder Navigation.
4. Surrender of Leasehold premises in Goole (25 October 1876): from James Moss to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned James Moss, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope representing the Aire and Calder Navigation.
