A package (divided into two folders) containing papers surrendered to the Aire and Calder Navigation on 27 October 1900 by Scutt's Trustee (William Barton). The papers are connected with Leasehold premises (Nos. 74 and 75) situate in Olive Place in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. The package includes the following:

Deeds (1850–1900):
1. Lease No. 75 for 99 years (5 August 1850): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Charles Leggoth. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.
2. Counterpart of Lease No. 75 for 99 years (5 August 1850): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Charles Leggoth. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the aforementioned Leasee.
3. Lease No. 74 for 99 years (16 May 1853): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Richard Elliot. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee, and the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, William Mordaunt Edward Milner, and John George Smyth.
4. Counterpart of Lease No. 74 for 99 years (16 May 1853): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Richard Elliot. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
5. Mortgage of Leasehold (6 July 1853): Richard Elliot (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Thomas Duckels. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties and John Drinkrow Hall on behalf of the Navigation.
6. Assignment of Leasehold (16 March 1865): Richard Elliott and his Mortgagee (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Charles Leggott. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties.
7. Assignment of Leasehold (1 February 1875): John Edward Porter (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to John Scutt: The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.
8. Assignment of Leasehold (1 February 1875): John Edward Porter (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to John Scutt: The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.
9. Surrender of Leasehold (27 October 1900): William Barton to the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The Deed has been signed by Mr Barton and bears the seal of the Trustees of the Navigation.
