A package (divided into two folders) containing papers surrendered to the Aire and Calder Navigation on 15–16 July 1909 by Hind, Kirshaw, and Elizabeth Dawson. The papers are connected with Leasehold premises (No. 94) situate in Doyle Street and Vermuyden Terrace in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. The package includes the following:

Deeds (1854–1908):
1. Lease for 99 years (1 July 1854): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Thomas Turner. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Sir William Mordaunt Milner, John Spencer Stanhope, John George Smyth, and William Mordaunt Edward Milner.
2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (1 July 1854): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Thomas Turner. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Leasee.
3. Transfer of Mortgage of Annual Income of £2000 (8 December 1896): Ann Elizabeth Scholfield, Mary Ann Lorrimer, and Elizabeth Dawson to John Farrand and Francis Watson. The Deed has been signed and sealed by Miss Scholfield and Mrs Dawson.
4. Assignment of Leasehold (1 January 1887): John Lazenby Lorrimer, Mary Ann Lorimer, and Sarah Ann Farrand to William Farrand, John Farrand, and Frances Watson. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned John and Mary Lorrimer.
5. Mortgage of Leasehold (21 September 1887): John Lazenby Lorrimer and Mary Ann Lorimer to John Dawson and Elizabeth Dawson. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties.
6. Transfer of Mortgage (21 January 1890): Henry Hawksley Capes to Anne Elizabeth Scholfield. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned Mr Capes.
7. Assignment of Leasehold (19 December 1896): Mary Ann Lorimer to Marmaduke Stephenson Lorrimer. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties.
8. Transfer of Mortgage (22 February 1898) debt £175: Messrs John Farrand, Francis Watson, and Marmaduke Stephenson Lorrimer to John Ayrton.
9. Reassignment of Leasehold (21 February 1901): John Ayrton to Messrs John Richard Kershaw, Irvine Hind, and Elizabeth Dawson. The Deed has been signed by the aforementioned Mr Ayrton.
10. Assignment of Leasehold (15 July 1909): Messrs Irvine Hind and John Richard Kershaw, and Sarah Lorrimer to the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, with Samuel Barraclough signing on behalf of the Navigation. The Deed also bears the seal of the Trustees of the Navigation.
11. Assignment of Leasehold (16 July 1909): Elizabeth Dawson and John Dawson to the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, with Samuel Barraclough signing on behalf of the Navigation. The Deed also bears the seal of the Trustees of the Navigation.
