Aspinall's (General Manager of the LYR) notes.of a meeting held on 7 November 1904 between representatives of the two companies at Hunt's Bank, Manchester, on the subject of the acquisition of the GSS Co. by the LYR. The notes have been forwarded to William Hamond Bartholomew (Chairman of the GSS Co.) under cover of a letter from Aspinall dated 8 Nov 1904.
