A map showing the land situated between Victoria Dock and the River Hull. It has been overlaid with the proposed position and layout of a new dock with entrances to an enlarged Drypool Dock Basin and Victoria Half-Tide Basin. Furthermore, it also includes proposals for a bridge over the River Hull between Tower Street and Scale Lane, and the outline of a proposed fort to the west of Victoria Tidal Basin.
