31/1/93 St Andrews Dock Hull. G Earles 2nd hand. Injury to right leg and both arms. Caused by a low rope breaking whilst going out of dock, which belonging to another vessel.

Record of Casualty.

5/4/93 North Sea. Slight damage to our port channel. Collision with the Hull smack Acorn, Mazeppa. The 2nd Hand who was on deck in charge at the time states that the accident occured through the neglect of those onboard the Acorn.

25/7/93 North Sea. Collision with smack Excel of Hull. Caused by error of judgement on their part.
