August 23rd 1892 North sea. James Loose, skipper. Whilst preparing to shoot the fishing gear he was pulled over board by the after bridle owing to the sudden breaking of the stopper and drowned.

23/8/92. Lost life buoy, which was thrown to the deceased James Loose but not recovered.
