February 8th 10.30am North Sea. William Hibbitt, deck hand. Vessel shipped a heavy sea which washed him overboard & he was drowned.

Record of Casualty.

8/2/94 North Sea. Loss of life buoy, and the gripes of the boat, which fastened it on deck. The life buoy was thrown to the above, and was not recovered . The gripes were broken by the force of the sea which broke over the vessel. 13/3/94 North Sea. Loss f mizen mast & sail. Vessel shipped a heavy sea.
