20/3/94 5pm North Sea. W Hart 2nd hand. He was assisting to shoot the gear & I had the helm hard to starboard, but directly the former touched the water I let go the helm, when by some means or another, the port arm of the rudder head caught his left leg dragging it under causing flesh wound & fracture.
