14/12/93 North Sea. Name of person illtreated - B Precious, 4th hand by Thomas Penman 2nd hand. Penman threw a dog into the sea to swim after the boat & Precious remonstrated with him for such cruelty, in consequence Penman assaulted him. Struck him a blow in the face with his fist, knocking him down on to the deck and causing his nose to bleed.
