12/7/94 North Sea. W Heather, 3rd hand. Fractured arm, heavy sea struck the boat when lowering & threw it on the 3rd hand, hitting him on right arm.

24/7/94 North Sea. P H King, cook. Injured left eye. When launching the boat, the boats tackle block came unhooked & struck him in the eyes. He was sent to London & is at present in the St Thomas Hospital. Hopes are entertained of the recovery of his sight, the other eye being blind from a previous accident.
