Record of Death or Injury.

6/12/93 11.45am. Thomas Purcell,cook. Fell overboard whilst engaged in drawing water & was drowned. The boat was launched within 3 minutes after the occurence but he had sunk almost immeadiately and no trace of him could be found.

Record of Casualty.

6/12/93 North Sea. Loss of bucket. The above deceased Purcell, had hold of the rope which held the bucket, and it was lost overboard with him.

2/1/94 North Sea. Loss of trawling gear & about 65 fathoms of warp. The warp parted under the water.
