28/5/95 North Sea. A Turner, trimmer. Supposed, accidentally fell overboard while emptying ashes and was drowned. Two life buoys were thrown & afterwards recovered. The body was recovered & effort made to restore animation, but to no purpose.

As above. Loss of bucket. It is supposed that the above deceased , A Turner, was emptying the bucket full of ashes overboard.
