19/6/95 9.30pm North Sea. The cook, in looking for a reflector in the lamp cupboard, dropped some smouldering paper on the shelf & not noticing it shut the door. Soon after he heard a crackling & opened the door & discovered the fire. The decks were broken in & water thrown down, putting it out after about an hour.
