6/3/96 North Sea. Loss of fishing gear & 120 fathoms of warp. Supposed that D Sullivan our deck hand cut the warp.
Official Log. On the 15th April 1896. D Sullivan was convicted at Hull Police Court of wilfully cutting the warp of the fishing gear and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment.
