21/11/95 about 10.30pm North Sea. A Simpson, cook. Had left shoulder, arm & leg scalded. Whilst putting coal on the fire during the preparations for dinner took the kettle off. Vessel gave a lurch, the contents falling over him. 5/12/95 2am North sea. Richard Brewer, 2nd hand. Whilst on the main boom engaged taking in a double reef of the mainsail, the vessel came up in the wind causing him to be thrown on the deck. Sustaining injuries to the right shoulder.
