4th June. Samuel Jackson, boatswain. Falling while getting on board the vessel at Fleetwood, but did not complain until the vessel had been at sea 3 hours. I Then put into Douglas & obtained a doctor who stated that the man had broken two ribs & ordered him to the hospital.
