Owing to the very great provocation received by A Westwood the chieff Engineer from T Lawler the cook the penalty to which he rendered himself liable under Regulation 3 for maintaining discipline for the punishment or assault referred to on page 15 will not be enforced. This is to certify that H Anderson was sent to London in the Steam Cutter Hawk on August 4th through sickness.
