Name of person illtreated - John H Dick. Name of person by whom illtreated - F Beasley. September 14 at sea. Threw a handle & struck him with fist. Owing to the very good character previously by H Beasley , and taking into consideration the provocationhe received from John H Dick no punishment was inflicted, but he was severely reprimanded & cautioned as to his future behaviour.
