Official Log. 7/3/03 Fleetwood about 4.30pm I was onboard with all the crew except R Jolly 2nd hand and the boatswain R Sandham ( also spelt Sandam ). They both came down together about 5.15pm. R Sandham came on board to his work but Jolly not coming onboard. I told him to come onboard and let the ship get to sea but he refused and said he would not go in her, I tried to persuade him but he would not . I had to go with the watchman to look for another 2nd hand the vessel was detained 12 hours through Jollys refusal of duty.
