On this date the cook August Jmort [?] refused to obey my lawful commands on the plae of illness & requested to be sent home but on account of bad weather I copuld not do so. On January 14th I sent him onboard the hospital ship & the doctor told me he could find nothing the matter with him except sea sickness. We sent him home by the SS Mino 19th January.
