15/2/05 off Iceland Faxe Bay. R Hodder, spare hand. 3 fingers on left hand cut off by being trapped in wire warp in winch, whilst heaving the fishing gear.

Official Log.

Owing to the injury to my spare hand R Hodder on the 15th February I landed him at Reykjavik for medical care & treatment the same day. He was at once admitted into the Hospital where he remained until 22nd February when he was considered sufficiently improved to allow his returning aboard the vessel for the purpose of being conveyed direct home to Hull which Port we reached on the 28th February.
