Official Log.
I certify that no fine was inflicted under regulation 3 for maintaining discipline, on my cook T H Dockery for assaulting H Gee the 3rd hand on March 8th because the latter intimated that he intended taking legal proceedings against him for such assault in the local Police Court. I have since been informed that Gee failed to take any such proceedings, saying it was too much bother, it was however then too late to enforce the penalty under regulation 3 as Dockery had drawn all that was due him & left the town.
