10/2/08 North Sea. Collision with the sailing sloop Doggerbank MD2 damaging our stern. The Doggerbank sunk about 2 hours later. Crew of 13 all saved. Our boatswain who was on watch at the time said the cause was due to the steering gear being jammed.
