Official Log. Sir, while delivering empty boxes at the fleet on Wednesday August 14th the boat belonging to the trawler Eastella of Hull was alongside. The weather at the time was moderate breeze. There was one man in the boatcalled W Boothby. The ship gave a sudden roll and caused the man to fall out of the boat and was drowned. Every effort was made to save him but he disappeared very sudden.
