10/2/09 North Sea. W Hill, deck hand illtreated by T Rogers 2nd hand. Hill alleges Rogers struck him in the face as he ( Hill ) had let the vessel fall off her course during 2nd hands momentary absence from the bridge. Rogers declares he only pushed Hill away from the wheel as there was danger of collision & immeadiate action was required . Hill admits striking Rogers in retaliation.

26/3/09 North Sea. Two plates delved in on water line & rail & bulwark on starboard side. Through collision with the ST Parramatta of Hull, the 2nd hand was on our bridge.
