These three men refused to sail when orders was given while 6am the next morning and then failed to go at that time and they all had agreed to ? the ship. I ordered them to reman onboard at 7pm 1/12/08 this order they disobey and did not return aboard until 11.30pm when as stated above they refused to sail until 6am next morning which disobedience caused my vessel to be detained.
